A new home extravaganza brought to you by members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Peoria! Tour one home, or see all of them! It's a free-style home tour and you determine your route!
Visit the largest showcase of new construction in the tri-county area, with many beautiful newly-constructed homes open to the public for only two big Parade of Homes weekends. Homes are featured by a variety of different area home builders.

The 2009 event is being finalized at this time. A complete list of home entries, including addresses, driving directions, color photos and builder contact information will be available as a special booklet in the Saturday, June 20 edition of the Peoria Journal Star. Home details will be made public on this site a few days prior to that, but please note that the homes are not available for viewing until Parade dates and times. For that reason, the list of Parade locations is not unveiled until close to event time!

This year's event features 20 homes, entered by 15 area home builders. Homes are located in Washington, Morton, Pekin, Brimfield, Edwards, Peoria, Dunlap, Rome and Chillicothe. See one, or see all 20 on your personalized tour!

Some homes are 100% complete and some are professionally decorated. Others focus more on the construction phase and offer prospective buyers the opportunity to make personal choices for items yet to be completed on the home. Remember, this is a new home construction event and not a decorated home event! So be prepared to have the chance to see homes at all levels of completion, and enjoy the opportunity to get a close up perspective of building your dream home.

All homes are open with FREE ADMISSION on the four event days ... Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21; and also on Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28. Hours all four days are 1-5 pm. Look for the Parade of Homes sign in the yard ... there are many open houses this weekend, but only a select few are Parade Homes!
