A new home extravaganza brought to you by members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Peoria!

Visit the largest showcase of new construction in the tri-county area, with many beautiful newly-constructed homes open to the public for only two big Parade of Homes weekends. Homes are featured by a variety of different area home builders. The final list of home locations and participating builders will be made available on this site after June 1st!

All homes are open from 1-5 pm on Saturday and Sunday, June 21-22 & 28-29, 2008.

Admission is free!

A complimentary "Parade Tour Book" will details on all homes will be available in mid-June at a local sponsor location (to be announced) and also through the Saturday, June 21 edition of the Peoria Journal Star!

More detailed information on each home, including driving directions to reach the home, will be available on this site after June 1, 2008.

Homes will be open all across the Tri-County area! Locations in previous years have included Metamora, Washington, Goodfield, Morton, Groveland, Pekin, Bartonville, Peoria, Dunlap, and Chillicothe! Take a private tour of one home, or see all of them! It's a free-style home tour and you determine your route!
